3 to 6 one hour treatments spaced 1 week apart would be required for effective pain relief.
A faster result can be obtained from 90 minute treatments every 3 days which is most suited to the fifo workers.
Shoulder Pain
4 to 6 one hour treatments will give significant lasting pain relief.
Knee Pain
Knee pain is often caused by tight leg muscles. Loosening these muscle/s relieves the pain.
Stretching exercises will be demonstrated to improve the result of the treatment and as a preventative measure.
Foot Pain
Massaging the leg and the foot is used to bring the condition under control.
Stretching exercises of the leg muscles and self-massage of the foot can be demonstrated.
